How to Work With Aniah Experience!
Step 1: Inquiry Form

Once reviewed, we’ll provide clear recommendations on the services best aligned with your needs.
Step 2: Discovery Call
If you already know which service you're interested in, the next step is to book a Discovery Call through our online booking system.
Consultation calls are mandatory before booking any service.
This call allows us to align on vision, scope, timelines, and expectations before moving forward.
Step 3: Booking Main Services
Following the consultation and project approval, you’ll receive a booking link via email from create@kaylaaniah.com.
At this stage, you will receive:
Your project proposal
Pricing breakdown
Term period and deliverables
Once confirmed, production planning will begin.
Payment Terms
Main services may be paid in full or structured into installments, depending on project scope and duration, as agreed upon during consultation.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Aniah Experience are non-refundable. This includes deposits, installment payments, and any amounts paid in full. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to utilize deliverables, or dissatisfaction with creative direction after concept approval. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be canceled up to seven (7) days prior to the start of production. Once a creative concept, including but not limited to a storyboard, treatment, mood board, or creative strategy, has been presented to the client, the remaining project balance becomes due in full, regardless of whether the project continues.
Upon cancellation or termination of services for any reason, Aniah Experience retains full ownership of all original concepts, creative materials, treatments, strategies, and ideas developed during the engagement. These materials may not be used, reproduced, or executed by the client or any third party without express written permission from Aniah Experience.
Rescheduling Policy
Discovery calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing create@kaylaaniah.com or rescheduling through the booking system.
We’ll work to reschedule at the earliest mutual availability.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All creative concepts, treatments, storyboards, strategies, visual identities, and original materials developed by Aniah Experience remain the sole intellectual property of Aniah Experience until full payment has been received and a written licensing or transfer agreement has been executed. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose only.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or adaptation of any materials, including concepts shared during the consultation or proposal stage, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement of Aniah Experience's intellectual property rights.
Deliverable Usage & Restrictions
Final deliverables are licensed for the specific use case and scope outlined in your project contract. Any use beyond that scope, including but not limited to commercial redistribution, third-party licensing, or platform usage not specified in the agreement, requires a separate written agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
Aniah Experience reserves the right to use any work produced, including behind-the-scenes content, final deliverables, and project documentation, for portfolio, press, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
Confidentiality
All information shared by the client during the inquiry, consultation, and production process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent. Clients are equally expected to keep all proprietary processes, pricing, and creative strategies shared by Aniah Experience confidential and not disclose them to third parties.
Additional Policies
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for all scheduled calls. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the call will be canceled and will need to be rebooked.
Revisions: Revision terms are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation and outlined in the project contract. Revisions requested outside the agreed scope are subject to additional fees.
Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity and will be discussed during your consultation call.
