How to Work With Aniah Experience!
Step 1: Inquiry Form

Complete our Inquiry Form so we can better understand your goals, vision, and project scope.
Once reviewed, we’ll provide clear recommendations on the services best aligned with your needs.
Step 2: Discovery Call
If you already know which service you’re interested in, the next step is to book a Discovery Call through our online booking system.
Consultation calls are mandatory before booking any service
This call allows us to align on vision, scope, timelines, and expectations before moving forward.
Step 3: Booking Main Services
Following the consultation and project approval, you’ll receive a booking link via email from create@kaylaaniah.com.
At this stage, you will receive:
Your project proposal
Pricing breakdown
Term period and deliverables
Once confirmed, production planning will begin.
Payment Terms
Main Services: May be paid in full or structured into installments, depending on project scope and duration (as agreed upon during consultation)
Cancellation Policy
Services may be canceled up to seven (7) days prior to production.
Once a creative concept (such as a storyboard or treatment) has been presented, the remaining project balance is due in full.
Upon termination, Aniah Experience retains all copyrights and ownership of all original concepts, materials, and ideas presented.
Rescheduling Policy
Discovery calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing create@kaylaaniah.com or rescheduling through the booking system.
We’ll work to reschedule at the earliest mutual availability.
Additional Policies
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for all scheduled calls. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the call will be canceled.
Confidentiality: All information shared is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
Revisions: Revision terms are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation and outlined in the project contract.
Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity and will be discussed during your consultation call.
